We are a small, hands-on farm and apothecary. Every item is handcrafted or thoughtfully selected with great care. Because of the personal nature of our offerings, especially herbal or wellness-related goods, all sales are final and non-refundable unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive an item that is broken, spoiled, or incorrect, please email us at oldearthacres@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, your order number, and a description of the issue.
